Hi, I’m Christine. I am an ICU Nurse, Midwife, Qualified Sleep Consultant (US-based training), and also mum to 9-year-old twins, Anthony and Emma. They are the reason why I started Happy Sleepers. As babies, they made me realise how important sleep is and how not getting enough made us a very dysfunctional family. We were very tired and not enjoying our little twins the way we wanted to.
We were desperate for sleep!!!
Because I was so sleep-deprived for such a long time, it became my mission to help other mums and families with their sleep challenges.
I have undergone a comprehensive training and mentoring program with Dana Obleman, founder of the Sleep Sense program in the US, which equipped me with the best tools and knowledge available to change sleep problems into healthy sleep habits.
I know you’re exhausted, and I also understand that all you want is what’s best for your baby. You know something needs to change, but it can be so difficult to know what to do. Maybe you’ve read a book or two on sleep or asked around to get advice, but now you’re just feeling overwhelmed (and more exhausted!)
Happy Sleepers helps babies and toddlers to sleep through the night. We are a consultancy service and are available to help families in Australia and worldwide.
We offer a 14 day sleep program with day to day telephone support in the comfort of your home, plus tailored in home packages to support you through the process of getting your baby to sleep through the night.
I can’t wait to get to know your little one, and start getting you on the journey to rest and rejuvenation.

Hey! I’m Stefane, but you’re more than welcome to call me Stef, I am a baby and toddler sleep consultant in training with Christine and a Mum to two beautiful, energetic boys, Ollie & Arlo. I have always loved supporting and nurturing others in need.
I’ve been where you are. Trust me. Becoming a young Mum to Ollie in 2015, it was the most rewarding and challenging role that I have ever faced. I was always told “to sleep when the baby sleeps” but realistically he never slept because he was always so overtired. I’d be that Mum who had her son looking up at her in the pram while the other Mums in Mothers group had their babies sleeping soundly. We didn’t have knowledge about creating a good sleep environment, establishing a healthy bedtime routine, and separating feeding from sleep. My husband and I were so exhausted.
I absolutely adore my boys, but when they were babies, the days were long. Especially with my second, we thought we knew what to do when it came to teaching him to self-settle and fall asleep on his own. We didn’t! I’d be carrying him for every single nap! By evening, I was physically and emotionally exhausted.
It was a clear sign that I had to make some changes in our home. I knew we needed support and a solution to our baby’s (and our own!) need for sleep, so we decided to seek professional help and contacted Happy Sleepers (twice), Christine was my savior, Christine’s in-depth knowledge, support and guidance made a huge difference, each of my boys started sleeping through the night and napping with predictability. Our home felt calm, and our marriage felt nourished. And my boys were thriving due to the quality of sleep, structure, and happier parents.
Healthy sleeping is so addictive. Sleep training was and still is the best thing we ever did for our boys. Both my boys inspired me, realizing how much more there was to learn about sleep and providing my knowledge from helping my children sleep to others: family and friends also struggling I have decided to start training alongside Christine as a sleep consultant to be able to help other families, parents, babies, and toddlers get the well-deserved sleep they so desperately need.
I can’t wait to meet you!
